About Austin

Therapy is sacred work, and I take it seriously.

I'm Austin Foster, a counselor in training offering individual therapy for adults under the supervision of a licensed clinician. My work is shaped by the belief that real change happens inside a real relationship, one marked by safety, honesty, and unhurried attention.

Before pursuing this path, I learned firsthand how the right kind of support can move a person from surviving to actually living. That experience informs everything about how I show up in the room: with steadiness, curiosity, and a deep respect for whatever you bring.

Clinically, I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care. Practically, that means we'll work with both the patterns in your thinking and the stories carried in your body, because you are not just a mind to fix.
