Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Naming the loops between thought, feeling, and behavior, and gently interrupting the ones that keep you stuck.
My approach
There's no single technique that fits every person. My work weaves together approaches that have strong research behind them, and adapts them to who you actually are.
Naming the loops between thought, feeling, and behavior, and gently interrupting the ones that keep you stuck.
Less war with your inner experience. More room to act in line with what you actually value.
Getting curious about the different 'parts' of you, the protector, the critic, the wounded, so they can work together instead of against you.
Pacing, choice, and safety are non-negotiable. We don't push the nervous system; we partner with it.
For clients who want it, faith and spirituality are welcome in the room. I'm comfortable holding space for questions of meaning, doubt, and the sacred, and equally comfortable when those aren't part of your story. You set the tone; I follow your lead.
Reaching out is often the hardest part. A brief phone call lets us see if working together feels right, no pressure, no obligation.
