How long are sessions, and how often?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients begin weekly and shift to biweekly as the work settles in. We'll decide together what cadence serves you.

What does it cost?

Individual sessions are $125. I'm an out-of-network provider and can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available, please ask.

Do you take insurance?

I don't bill insurance directly. Many clients use out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to walk you through what to ask your insurance company.

What can I expect from the first session?

Mostly: space to talk, with no pressure to perform. We'll cover what brings you in, what you're hoping for, and any logistics. You'll leave with a clearer sense of whether this feels like a fit.

Are sessions in-person or online?

Both. I see clients in a comfortable in-office setting and via secure HIPAA-compliant video for anyone in the state.
